Claudio Iriarte was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1984.

Self-taught, he began working in animation at 19 years old.

Throughout his career, he has worked as art and animation director, animator, storyboardist, layout man, character designer, illustrator for print media, and drawing teacher at several studios and art and animation schools.

With over 17 years’ experience, and after having taken part in many films, TV shows and commercial projects for brands such as Disney, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, Nike, Google and Mtv, among others, Claudio is now taking his first steps as a freelance director for several Argentine animation studios. This has taken him to Los Angeles, California, in his role as art director for TV and commercial content.

He is currently seeking funding for his first independent work, The Child and the Void—a philosophical short film touching on themes such as life, death, and love, from his own singular perspective. At the same time, he continues to create and shape original content for an array of organizations at the global level.
